We explain issues in regular terms. If we modify your redirect rules, we will simply tell you "we pointed your old page to the new one so visitors don't get lost."
2. Always pick up the telephone directly
No complex offshore support ticket queues or robot chat assistants. You will call a local number, and a human will answer who actually knows your project.
3. Upfront flat rates with zero surprises
If we agree to a fixed price to repair your broken layout, that is exactly what you will pay. If it takes us longer than anticipated, we cover the extra costs ourselves.
